Dr. Oliver is a 2D Character animated in 3D. We realised this project for BSN Medical and created the character design and an infographic. We summed up 62 years of research on “inhibiting thymidylate synthase” in a five-minute animated short film.
We had to present a complex process that takes place inside the body and can hardly be seen even under a microscope, simply and briefly but as precisely as possible. Not only did we have to find a solution to the task we were given, but a solution to a problem also has to be found in the infographic.
For the establishment of a smart parking technology on the visitor parking lot of the Vodafone Campus in Düsseldorf, we were supervised with the order to develop the visual appearance of the technology. This included not only the design itself but also a certain part of programming, as the animations were triggered by sensors and the assignment of the parking lots should be displayed.
